Hello Carolyn, Larry & Hemmy,

I just wanted to drop you a note to let you know how much fun Paul and I had staying with you during the different seasons of 2007. I can not wait to get back there for 2008.

The wonderful atmosphere and all the ducks, horses, and of course Hemmy. They were all wonderful and that especially goes for you and Larry. This was mine and Paul's first stay at a Bed & Breakfast, and I really do not see us staying any where else.

We love Ellicottville and all the events they have and when we found you place we could not believe how close to all the action your little place in the woods is. Also, the best part is when you want to get away from the action you can. We had a blast riding the golf cart around the property. We were able to see so much and enjoy it so much more this way.

Paul and I found the Manor House in 2006 when we just wanted to get away for the Fall Festival. After our wonderful greeting and our very wonderful stay, we have been back to the Manor House about 5 more times. We have found this to be our hide away from the world. We are in the age group of 40 something, so anyone around that age group I think you would have a wonderful stay here.

Again I would like to say thank you Carolyn and Larry for the best time and hopefully more to come.

We should be seeing you very soon......

Hello Larry and Carolyn,

Karen and I just wanted to let you both know again how much we totally enjoyed our stay at your Bed & Breakfast last weekend. We were both very impressed with your beautiful country home and noticed as soon as we entered your door how meticulous you both are to the little details. Your home is very well kept and we couldn't have felt more comfortable and welcome than you both  made us feel right from the first phone call to make reservations. For both of us it was our first experience at a Bed & Breakfast and feel the bar has been set high for others to match.  Larry and Carolyn we also enjoyed your tour around your wood shop and the beautiful 100 year old horse carriages you restored. If any of our family or friends mention they would like to try something a little different this weekend, your place will be something we tell them about. We all remember what a beautiful sunny, warm day Sunday was for the end of October and taking our 30 minute hike through your 50 acres of land across the road was so relaxing with all the colors of leaves still in the trees and the total quiet, all we could hear was the breeze passing. Once again Thank You!  We will be making plans for 2008 to be back. So long for know,

Karen and Glen, Hamburg, NY

We found our stay very relaxing and happy because of the friendliness of our hosts. Breakfast was a joy! it was a delight to the eye as well as the stomach. We had eggs , ham and toast one day, pancakes and sausage another. Fresh fruit if available and very tasty. Juice and coffee too.  The grounds were a delight with ducks, horses and birds. We totally enjoyed our stay. It felt more like a visit!

Larry and Carolyn

Thank you so much for your hospitality and your
efficiency in making our stay there very comfortable and
enjoyable. Your bed and breakfast was a nice getaway for
Michel and I from our everyday lives, we enjoyed the peace
and quiet and of course the tasty breakfasts as well as the
relaxing Japanese bath you prepared for both of us. We
definitely have in our plans when we need another getaway,
the Manor House will be our first call for reserving a
room. Thank you for our enjoyable stay in your home.
