Rates are subject to change by Season or Holidays.

* Rates are based on a 2 night or more stay. A single night stay may sometimes be available for an additional $25.

Hot Tub usage is now an additional $10 due to high cost of heating fuel.    Spring, Summer and Fall $15

 * * Ensuite means that your bathroom is within your suite not across the hall.

Policies

• A deposit in the amount of 1/2 the total stay must be charged on Visa or Master Card at time of reservation.
• Balance is due at check in time.
• The full amount of the reservation will be charged for no-shows.
• Cancellations must be made two weeks prior to reservation date for refund of deposit. For cancellations made in less than two weeks prior to reservation date the deposit , less $10 cancellation fee, is refunded only if room can be rented for the same number of nights.
• Accommodations are for double occupancy  in The Dusk Room and adults only, in order to maintain the peaceful, quiet atmosphere of a Country Getaway.  1 - 2  Extra Adult Guests in The Dawn Room are $20/person/night additional charge. If you are bringing children under twelve you must book both rooms.
• Check In time 3-7pm. Check Out time 11 am. Exceptions can be made.
• Smoking is allowed on porches or decks only. Guests found smoking in the house will be chargeed a $250 cleaning fee.
• Sorry, no pets but boarding kennels are near by
